Nebraska Operations

In the southwestern portion of the Nebraska panhandle lies the northeastern flank of the Denver Julesburg basin. Kimball County is Advantage's focus area in the Denver Julesburg Basin. Oil production was first established in the county in 1951 from the Creatceous aged J-sand at 6,400' from the Torgeson #1. The resulting Torgeson Field field is still producing and to date has produced 4,800,000 barrels of oil. Hundreds of millions of barrels of oil have already been produced from Kimball County, primarily from the J-sand with several millions of barrels from the slightly shallower D-sand and about 10 million barrels from the deeper Permian aged Wykert and Admire reservoirs. The deeper Permian production was fully established back in 1989 with Exxon's discovery of the Kleinholz Field which produces from the Wykert sandstone. The Kleinholz Field has produced to date approximately 7.5 million barrels of oil. Advantage drilled 9 development wells in the field in the yearly 1990's.

In total, Advantage has drilled 49 wells in the county to date. In 2012, Advantage acquired 153 square miles of contiguous 3D seismic in southcentral Kimball County. This 3D seismic acquisition was positioned over the to prolific D & J sand historical field area and over the very prospective trends of the Wykert sandstone and Admire dolomites. This project has provided a total of 59 prospect areas that make up our next several years of drilling inventory. These prospects range from small by-passed satellite accumulations of the older D and J sand fields to a few million barrel prospects in the deeper Wykert and Admire trends. Our recent Finally Field discovery is a result of this 3D effort. We are anticipating several additional discoveries from this project in the very near future. Our operations in the county currently consist of three wells producing from the Wykert sandstone and one well producing from the D-sand.

Kansas Operations

Our Kansas exploration focus area in the northwestern portion of the state where we have acquired 59 square miles of 3D seismic over four prospect areas. Our target formation is the Lansing-Kansas City limestones that have produced in the area for decades. Our exploration efforts have focused on areas where we believe those productive trends can be expected to extend further into the basin. We have three prospects to drill in the area.

The production operations in Kansas are in Kiowa County where we have three wells producing gas and oil from the Mississippian Osage formation. These wells are the result of the development work conducted by Advantage in the 1990-2000's in the Hardy Field. We have no further plans for exploration efforts in Kiowa County Kansas.
